Chuck Roast is named after our good friend, Chuck Jones, who has been instrumental in helping us develop our coffee program. His family has produced coffee in Guatemala since 1870 at Finca Dos Marias.

He prefers drinking coffee at lighter roast levels to taste the delicacies of coffee normally lost to dark roast levels. Unfortunately, most consumers prefer darker roasts. Chuck suggests roasting his family’s coffee to a light roast level and blending just enough dark roast to smoothen the edge and truly balance the cup.
