About the taste: it’s a full body,  balance acidy, and round balance – with a winey and syrupy flavor.

About the finish: has a very sweet dark fruits – sort of a combination of dry plum and blackberry.

This coffee was winner of the “Best French Roast” (LA Times), and we agree. It’s a must if you like mild roasts.

This is one of my FAVORITE blends! It’s full bodied, with a nice syrupy dark berries flavor.

This month we’d like to recommend our Panama Estate. This is a great coffee for morning, noon, and evening, since its  such a neutral  creamy-dry texture works well any time.
